Isabelle's the Butcher

General information

An American-style steakhouse, Isabelle’s is the first to offer dry-aged prime Hanwoo steak in Korea. The meat is stored at 0~2°C with 70% humidity for 21 days, and results in superior tenderness and a rich unique flavor. Our specialty is the porterhouse, which is essentially a larger T-bone steak with more tenderloin, and can be enjoyed with a diversity of complementary dishes that can be shared.
